Please note that all our garments are reworked using vintage pieces and fabrics (unless otherwise stated). Due to the nature of previously loved, vintage pieces, there may be some imperfections naturally occurring. We will do our very best to point out any special features on our garments as to avoid any disappointment.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our vintage garments, all products are sold as seen.

There are no refunds available on any items.

Should any issues arise, please note that you have 14 days to avail of an exchange or credit for the amount originally paid.

Please contact us in advance of making a return so that we can deal with the situation as best and as efficiently as we can.

SELFMADE will not be held responsible for any packages returned specifically in terms of cost, delivery or undelivery, or any damage caused during transit. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

SELFMADE provides worldwide delivery via An Post, the Irish postal service. All orders will be sent with registered post. Shipping prices may vary internationally and domestically. 

 

How do I return an item?

 

If you need to return an item, please drop us an e-mail selfmadeclo@gmail.com highlighting the reason for your return. We will then provide you with our returns address.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

Please not that there are no refunds on returned items. Customers can avail of an exchange or credit note to the value of the original transaction.

Customers have 14 days to return an item from the date of shipping.

How do I track my order?

 

One your order is packaged and ready for dispatch, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can track your registered parcel using the tracker on www.anpost.ie

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

Once an order is dispatched and tracking number provided, any queries regarding tracking and delivery should be made to An Post (www.anpost.ie). SELFMADE ensures that an order is prepared and packaged to the highest standards in advance of shipping. Once an order is shipped, An Post takes responsibility to ensure you receive your order in the same way and in due time.
